http://steampowered.com has online games, they have some free mods and free trial weekends too, most arent free but there are some that range in prices but are not expensive. you would have to create an account there too though, and yes they are against real people and you can use your mic.

Combat Arms and I think you can use your mic, but I'm not positive.
